We’re afraid not, we work one week in advance to give us time to order the exact quantity of ingredients we need to ensure our experience is as sustainable as possible.
Our food can be safely stored in the fridge for 3 days from collection/delivery to enjoy as and when you wish. All is not lost after all, right!?
We run off a list of postcodes, so as long as your postcode is on the list found below each product in the shop, we can deliver to you! Please note if you are further out than 7 miles, please opt for collection, as this ensures the team is able to deliver more efficiently.
Of course! When collecting, we are operating a socially distanced queue of 2m between each person. All you have to do is say the name of your order to our manager at the door, & they will collect your freshly prepared box from the kitchen and bring it to you. As easy as that, so please do not worry!
We provide an allergen sheet for every menu to ensure you are able to see exactly what you are ordering. However, if you have a serious allergy (e.g carry an epipen) we would please ask you not to order for your own safety. As we are producing food on a much larger scale than normal, we have lesser flexibility with our suppliers like we normally do, so are unable to cater to allergens, and cannot guarantee cross-contamination. We do apologise for this!

If incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will be able to resend your confirmation email to you. Please remember to update your email to the correct address.
We cannot guarantee you will be able to change this as we have split orders to ensure efficiency for all the team, however please email email@example.com and the team will see what they can do.
Our Home by Nico Experiences are on a first come, first served basis so we cannot guarantee you will definitely be able to place an order on a Friday.
All we can advise is to make sure you have your account set up with all the correct details to make ordering on the day quicker.

For all queries after 5pm, please can we ask that you email as the restaurant will be closed.

In regards to collections, you can choose your 2 hour slot with your order guaranteed to be ready for your arrival.

At the moment, we have a very small team working on this. Our limited order amounts are the maximum our team can physically make every week for the following Friday/Saturday, ensuring the quality of our product is of the highest possible standard too.
We do hope to be able to expand our offering when we can scale up our operations.
No you cannot, we’re afraid the systems aren’t compatible so it’s not possible for the balance on this to be redeemed, we do apologise for this! If you have a voucher near expiry date, please email our team and they will be able to help you out: email@example.com
We don’t have this available at the moment, however we are hoping to make this available soon. This does take some time to set-up the online infrastructure to ensure the systems are compatible. Thank you for your patience with this!
Yes you can! While our delivery radius is still 5 miles for Glasgow, Edinburgh & Belfast you can order online and just choose a different shipping address. And of course, you can order for collection & drop off yourself it this is an option for you.
